Blacksmithing summer camps for kids! There is nothing else like it in Tucson. Send us your creative kids for a week and we’ll give them an introduction to the history, safety, tools and techniques of blacksmithing.
Under close supervision, young students in these skills-based summer camps learn how to use hammer, tongs, forge (13 and older) and anvil to create a functional or decorative metal artwork. They’ll make something different every day of camp!
Two camps available:
• Junior Blacksmithing Camp: Ages 7-12 (June 3-7, 8 a.m. to noon)
• Youth Blacksmithing Camp: Ages 13-15 (June 10-14, 8 a.m. to noon)
Small class sizes, so enroll now!
